In the remote areas of Nuevo Aquil and Coban, many children and youth grow up facing educational and economic challenges. At GMNET, we believe education grounded in the Gospel can transform individuals and communities.

 

Our Vision for Education

• To raise the next generation as followers of Christ through Gospel-centered education

• To work with local teachers and leaders to create a community-based, relational approach to learning

• To provide scholarship support that empowers students to continue their education and grow as Christ-centered leaders.

Key Programs

1. Children's Bible Education

• Bi-Weekly visits to remote villages

• Interactive Bible storytelling, songs, and motions

• Teaching children the foundation of faith in a fun and engaging way

2. Teacher Discipleship Training

• Bible study programs with local elementary school teachers

• Training in biblical worldview and how to apply it in the classroom

• Encouraging teachers to educate with the heart of Christ

 

3. Scholarship Ministry

• Providing scholarship support for students in high school and university

• Regular mentorship and discipleship for scholars

• Bi-Weekly Bible study and English outreach at CUNOR University

 

4. Bible Study for Mothers

• Bible classes for women involved in the poultry co-op project

• Training in faith-based parenting and building Christ-centered homes

• Empowering women as spiritual leaders in their families and communities
